Parcels Damaged In Transit:
If you find a parcel is damaged in transit, if possible, please reject the parcel from the courier and get in touch with our customer service. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact customer service with the next steps.
Returns
if you would like to do a return. returns are done by customers you must return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving the package once we receive the package and confirm its not been opened we will initiate the full refund
